Keeping your schedule in one place and your tasks in another is not an organisation problem. It is an information problem: you are deciding what fits in the day without ever seeing the whole day.
GTD on the iPhone, set up properly
GTD has a reputation for being complicated, and the way it gets explained is partly to blame. There are five steps. Four of them can be largely automated. The fifth decides whether the system survives.
How Olena works without servers
“We have no servers” sounds like a slogan. It is an architectural decision with concrete consequences, good and bad — and one you can verify from the outside without taking our word for it.

We learned early that the only winning move is not to play — not ads, not dark patterns, not subscription traps. We prefer the other game: native Apple software, written at nearly a thousand metres by someone who uses it every day. That one we play all the way.
